Job Title - IT Service Desk Analyst

Location: Hoddesdon, EN11 0DR

Salary: up to £28,000

Contract: Permanent

Working pattern: Full Time 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday

Residential Management Group Ltd is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic IT Service Desk Support Analyst to be a point of presence and 'friendly face of IT' based between our Head Office in Hoddesdon and our Westminster Office in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support RMG's colleagues with resolving all IT support issues, requests and guidance within defined SLA's
  • Utilising strong people skills, take full ownership for incident and service requests, communicating clearly with internal customers remaining calm and patient at all times
  • Keeping accurate and up to date records of the service requests and changes to the asset database
  • Working using own initiative and continuously improve service levels and develop IT processes

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focused, 'happy to help' mindset
  • 1st line support experience which should include MS Office
  • Working knowledge of building and installing IT equipment
  • Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix and Microsoft 365 administration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL qualification (however training can be provided for the right candidate)
  • Working knowledge and administration of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix and remote support tools
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
