Job Summary:
Brandon James Ltd is seeking a skilled Assistant Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a key member of the construction and property consultancy, you will work closely with a team of specialists dedicated to Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Building Surveying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Project Manager and Directors in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in project management within a UK construction consultancy.
- RICS Accredited degree qualification or equivalent.
- Accreditation by RICS, APM, or CIOB, or commitment to achieving.
- Proven track record of managing projects through all RIBA stages.
