About the Role:
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our consultancy, which has recently established a new office. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is comfortable engaging in site visits and client interactions, with aspirations to take on leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with a small team on a variety of projects, including refurbishment and new builds across multiple sectors.
2. Utilize your analytical skills to design both permanent and temporary structures.
3. Communicate effectively through report writing and presentations.
4. Manage and mentor junior team members.

About You:
- Chartered structural engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the UK.
- Proven experience in structural design and analysis.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in technical writing.
- Ability to lead a small team and foster a collaborative environment.
