About the Role

Amplify is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to supporting local Effective Altruist and local AI Safety groups, as well as other field-building organizations aiming to have a positive impact on the world.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing client requests, managing paid social campaigns, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and Manage Paid Social Campaigns: Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn platforms to drive client engagement and conversions.
  • Research and Evaluate Campaigns: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization, improving efficiency and performance.
  • Support Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Report and Analyze Campaign Performance: Create detailed reports and insights to share with clients, highlighting campaign successes and areas for improvement.
  • Source New Clients and Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Amplify's client base and revenue streams.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of the latest marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Digital Marketing Experience: Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of paid social media advertising.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs.
