About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our Credit, Collections and Fraud Department. As a Team Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service through coaching and support of your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Manage and maintain a professional, efficient, and customer-focused team through successful leadership.
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to inspire outstanding operational performance.
  • Set objectives, provide constructive feedback, and encourage success and contribute to the delivery of great service.
  • Build strong relationships to enable a positive and dynamic working environment.
Requirements
  • Previous management experience, ideally in a customer service and/or contact centre environment.
  • An analytical mind-set with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to plan and manage tasks to meet deadlines and make decisions confidently.
