Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead the policy review process to identify and mitigate fraud risks
  • Collaborate with the broader fraud team and underwriting to frame and answer key strategic questions relating to policy fraud
  • Drive data-led performance improvement opportunities across the business and external suppliers
  • Role-model great customer outcomes and advocate for change and improvements where necessary
Requirements:
  • Experience of successfully leading and implementing transformational change within complex and highly regulated organizations
  • Outstanding commercial aptitude with analytical capability
  • Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and structure complex questions into manageable work programs
