Position Overview

This role is designed to assist in surgical outpatient clinics, where the individual will operate independently without the need for direct oversight.

The individual will be tasked with conducting basic health evaluations, including monitoring vital signs, in preparation for consultations with specialists, and will frequently provide support during patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities

The outpatient department encompasses a variety of surgical and medical clinics that necessitate committed support from Health Care Assistants. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to all individuals visiting our facility.

Candidates should exhibit motivation and dedication to their role. Strong organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also managing individual responsibilities as needed.

Work hours will be flexible, typically scheduled between early morning and late evening, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate will possess a compassionate and caring demeanor. Prior experience in a healthcare environment is a prerequisite.

Job Duties

Candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a kind and empathetic nature.

Responsibilities will include performing patient observations, such as measuring blood pressure and temperature, and accurately documenting these findings. Additionally, the role involves assisting patients during consultations, including frequent chaperoning duties.
