The Team Lead will oversee a team of 10-14 Engineers, focusing on improving the productivity and effectiveness of the Automation and Controls sector.

This role offers flexibility in location across the UK, with some travel to client locations and occasional face-to-face meetings with team members.

All applicants must successfully complete an HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer License or similar credentials is advantageous
