Event Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Project Manager to join our team at Royall Appointments. As an Event Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of various size events from conception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Management: Support the Account Lead with client relationship building, lead project specific client meetings and calls, and ensure clear and fluid lines of communication between departments.
- Project Management: Lead reasonably complex projects, establish clear roles and responsibilities for project team members, and ensure the highest quality standards are upheld throughout the project's life cycle.
- Budget Reconciliation & Finance Management: Manage reasonably complex budgets, provide quotes for additional items, and ensure client savings document/ negotiation trackers are completed.
- Proven experience in event project management, preferably in a creative agency environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of project management tools and techniques, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality results.
