Join Our Team as a Clinical Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at LUCS. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Clinical Service Manager in the operational and performance management of the out-of-hours nursing service.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve local objectives and align with national targets.
  • Working closely with the administrative support team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff during out-of-hours periods, including on-call commitments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious nurse to take on a challenging role and contribute to the development of the future nurse service strategy for LUCS.

The successful candidate will be based in the Blackford Pavilion, Astley Ainsley Hospital, and will work closely with the Clinical Service Manager and Nursing Director for Primary and Community Care.
