Position Overview:
As a Senior Facilities Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of various building systems, including Fan Coil Units, electrical systems, and heating solutions for both commercial and domestic environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and emergency repairs on building assets and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and safety standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and subcontractors.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare technical reports.

Qualifications and Skills:
Essential:
  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and building services.
  • In-depth knowledge of Fan Coil Units and associated cleaning procedures.
  • Familiarity with Air Handling Units, Building Management Systems, and HVAC equipment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to generate detailed technical documentation.

Desirable:
  • Training in Health and Safety protocols.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Competitive salary package.
