Job Title: Female Rehabilitation Support Worker

The AICS Group is a leading provider of community-based rehabilitation and support services for individuals with complex needs. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Female Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team.

As a Female Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients who have a range of physical, emotional, and social needs. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of client care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to meet individual needs and goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in health and social care
  • Minimum 6 months experience working with children with complex needs
  • Flexibility to work an ad-hoc night shift between Monday - Thursday with advanced notice
  • Current, clean driving licence
