We are seeking a skilled Account Handler / Account Executive to join our team at Pure Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth (HNW) clients, providing expert advice on household insurance and personal lines.

With a strong background in household insurance and personal lines, you will be able to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to effectively manage client accounts and grow our business.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results. If you have a strong background in household insurance and personal lines, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of HNW clients, providing expert advice on household insurance and personal lines.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Grow our business by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business goals.

  • A minimum of 12 months current personal lines / household insurance sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to communicate directly with clients and insurers.
  • A solid household insurance background and some motor insurance knowledge.
  • Able to use OpenGi.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
