We are seeking an exceptional and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at Hotel Cafe Royal. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the precise and intricate production of pastries and desserts for our Cakes & Bubbles shop.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality pastries and desserts that meet the highest standards of our hotel
  • Work closely with our Sous Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with our team to create innovative and delicious dessert offerings
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in menu planning and development to ensure consistency and quality

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent in pastry arts
  • Experience working in a professional pastry kitchen or production kitchen for a hotel or pastry shop
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends
