Benefits for Pastry Chef de Partie:

  • Salary range: £35,000 - £37,000 with overtime compensated hourly

  • Work alongside a brigade of 3 pastry chefs

  • Annual salary between £35,000 and £37,000
  • 48-hour work week structured as 1 double shift and 4 single shifts – 5 days a week
  • Double shift hours: 8am to 11pm
  • Single shifts: either 8am to 4pm or 3pm to 11pm

Requirements for Pastry Chef de Partie:

  • The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and confident Pastry Chef de Partie, capable of managing the pastry section in the head pastry chef's absence.
  • A dedicated and professional chef who is well-organized and excels in a team environment.
  • Experience in reputable establishments with a focus on seasonal cuisine is essential.
  • Previous experience with British culinary traditions is preferred.
