We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at Hotel Cafe Royal. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality pastries and desserts for our Cakes & Bubbles shop.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute pastry and dessert menus that showcase creativity and expertise
  • Lead a team of pastry chefs to ensure efficient and effective production of pastries and desserts
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and other culinary team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and safety in all pastry and dessert production
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry and dessert making
