A luxury 5 red star hotel with an award-winning spa, two restaurants both with rosettes together with a range of conference and banqueting and private dining rooms.

The Person

The ideal Pastry Chef De Partie will have the following:
  • Experience and passion for creating rosette standard dishes from fresh local ingredients.
  • Already be a Pastry Chef De Partie or strong demi
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Experience within a quality hotel kitchen environment
  • Team player with an ability and desire to contribute and support junior team members to develop and achieve.
  • Excellent eye for detail and able to deliver consistent standards.
