About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Worker to join our client's support package to provide personal care and assistance in their own home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to our client, including administration of medication, moving and handling, and gastrostomy care.
  • Assist our client in the community, including accompanying them on outings and providing support with daily tasks.
  • Perform administrative duties, including maintaining records and reporting to our client's care team.
  • Work collaboratively with our client's care team to ensure their needs are met and their care plan is implemented.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of complex care experience, including dealing with seizures, PEG feeds, and administering medication.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, dynamic personality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and treating our client with dignity and respect.
