About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Fashion Heaven Inc. (Stockholm). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the global trading of our collection online, driving revenue, and communicating the brand proposition with the support of an Ecommerce Assistant and external agencies.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Retention
  • Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
eCommerce Management
  • Manage the functionality of our transactional website (Shopify Plus) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Oversee the ecommerce development sprint cycle, including preparation informed by analytics, and ensure all objectives are achieved within the proposed timeframe.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including Ecommerce Consultants, Digital Developers, Affiliates, and contractors, to ensure smooth coordination and problem-solving.
  • Manage online orders through to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Update website policies and resolve any issues related to UX, orders, and shipping.
Sales Planning & Photography
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns and discounts to ensure alignment with competitors.
  • Work with the team to set and achieve weekly and monthly targets, and evolve the affiliate strategy.
  • Collaborate on shoots and image selection for the website and social media channels.
Copywriting & SEO
  • Manage all web content, including imagery, product descriptions, content, and blog posts.
  • Develop and update the weekly content schedule to ensure consistency and relevance.
  • Oversee the creation of product feeds, product descriptions, attributes, meta details, and image optimization to adhere to SEO best practices.
  • Merchandise the online offer effectively to enhance customer experience and maximize conversion.
  • Optimize and improve the online customer experience to maximize conversion and revenue.
  • Coordinate SEO across the site, including products, categories, pages, and social media channels.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for growth, including reviewing AI and ensuring the site adheres to best practices.
PPC & Digital Advertising
  • Drive performance on PPC, affiliates, and paid social channels, setting CPA targets and weekly budget laydowns, and reviewing weekly performance.
  • Develop and execute campaigns, adjusting as needed to optimize performance.
  • Create digital content and artwork for all media channels.
  • Manage and coordinate affiliates to ensure seamless integration and maximum ROI.
Email Marketing
  • Develop and execute the email marketing strategy to engage and retain customers.
  • Propose and manage the email calendar in line with seasonal events and collection drops.
  • Schedule email marketing activity, creating emails for the week ahead in line with the calendar and PR activity.
  • Report weekly on email marketing performance to inform future strategy.
Social Media Marketing
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute social media strategies to engage and retain customers.
  • Develop the weekly social media editorial calendar to ensure consistency and relevance.
  • Create trackable content using Google Analytics Tools to measure performance.
  • Monitor content performance daily to inform future strategy.
  • Work to maximize engagement and followers across all social media channels.
  • Engage with brand stakeholders, social media influencers, clients, and stockists on social media to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Identify key potential collaboration partners to drive growth and revenue.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting of site and correlated digital marketing activity, focusing on traffic, engagement, conversion, and sales.
  • Drive traffic, conversion, customer retention, and overall online improvements through data-driven insights.
  • Report weekly on email marketing and social media performance to inform future strategy.
  • Monitor ecommerce industry best practice and strategy planning to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, ideally in the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and brand reach through online strategies.
  • Expertise in digital analytics to inform strategy and drive results.
  • Skilled in overseeing or executing content creation, including copywriting and photography.
  • Experience identifying improvements based on consumer journey and feedback.
  • Strong organization skills in achieving deadlines and targets.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Computer savvy, including Shopify Plus, Newsletters, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Photoshop, InDesign, Social Media, Paid Social Media, SEO, PPC, and Planoly (or similar).
  • Articulate and professional, confident in liaising cross-functionally at all levels.
  • Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-starter happy to work in a small team.
  • Flexible, proactive, and positive team player.
