PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
  • Conduct thorough testing and analysis of completed production units to ensure compliance with specifications, including troubleshooting and corrective actions.
KEY DUTIES
  • Perform testing, diagnostics, and repairs on high voltage power supply units.
  • Document test results and complete reports in accordance with customer specifications and the Quality Management System.
  • Implement upgrades and modifications to assemblies and finished products.
  • Interpret and apply changes to assemblies and finished products based on provided documentation.
  • Identify quality and performance issues in products and initiate appropriate non-conformance reports.
  • Collaborate with Design Engineering, Test Equipment Design, and Sales to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
  • Stay informed and contribute to the Company’s ISO14001 Environmental Management System and ISO9001 Quality Management System, including participation in improvement initiatives and green opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company’s ISO 9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental, and Health and Safety management systems.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE
  • Proficient in following test procedures accurately and achieving standard testing times.
  • Skilled in using testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, digital power supplies, and multimeters.
  • Experience with high voltage testing techniques.
  • Proficient in soldering and rework techniques in accordance with IPC standards.
  • Experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
  • Competent in MS Office with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in repair and diagnostic fault finding at the component level.
  • HNC in Electrical/Electronics Engineering is desirable.
  • Familiarity with high voltage testing methods is a distinct advantage.
