We are seeking an experienced Accounts Service Co-Ordinator to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As an Accounts Service Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with customers to arrange engineer attendance to breakdowns, maintenance, and servicing.

The Role:

  • Liaising with customers to arrange engineer attendance to breakdowns, maintenance, and servicing
  • Placing and processing orders with suppliers and other dealers within the network
  • Work collaboratively with all other departments in the business
  • Producing quotations for repairs and further work required
  • Processing warranty claims
  • Compiling reports

The Person:

  • Previous experience in service coordination, customer service or a similar role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
