Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Patient Services Advisor to join our team at Symphony Healthcare Services Limited. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clinical staff.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our clinical team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records.
- Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and home visits.
- Deal with patient inquiries, signposting, and requests in a polite and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and contact information.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and administrative support.
