Senior Delegated Claims Authority Specialist

Markel International Services Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Delegated Claims Authority Analyst to join our Governance & Delegated team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our delegated claims program. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
- Conducting thorough pre-approval and due diligence reviews on Delegated Claims providers to assess their capabilities and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Maintaining strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements governing delegated claims authority.
- Collaborating closely with the Due Diligence team to harmonize practices across both delegated underwriting and claims operations, fostering a unified approach.
- Managing relationships with Delegated Claims providers, ensuring their performance meets expectations and contributing to the enhancement of management information (MI) for optimal program oversight.
- Providing essential support during audits and regulatory compliance reviews, demonstrating our commitment to transparency and accountability.
To excel in this position, you will possess:
- Proven experience in the field of Delegated Claims Authority is essential for success in this role.
- A comprehensive understanding of Lloyd's market practices and the specific requirements related to delegated claims authority.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required for efficient data analysis and report generation.
