Sales Ledger Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Clerk to join our Business Operations team at Law Business Research Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the sales invoice process, including data entry and administration of financial information.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of clients within accounting and CRM packages
  • Processing invoice amendments, reissues, and cancellations as necessary
  • Ensuring revenue products are up-to-date and accurate
  • Providing support and guidance to sales and marketing teams
  • Maintaining good relationships with internal teams and clients
  • Assisting in resolving debtor and unbilled issues

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a high level of numeracy. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are also essential.
