About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Clerk to join our Business Operations team. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales invoice process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely and accurate invoicing to clients
  • Maintenance of accurate records of clients within accounting and CRM packages
  • Invoice amendments, reissues, and cancellations as necessary
  • Revenue product maintenance and updates
  • Assistance and guidance to sales and marketing teams
  • Maintenance of good relationships with internal teams and clients
  • Assistance in keeping Line Managers updated on debtor and unbilled issues
Requirements
  • Highly numerate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thorough, detailed, and methodical approach
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel
