**Job Title:** Primary Teaching Assistant - EAL Experienced

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant with EAL experience to join our team at GSL Education. The successful candidate will support the learning and development of students with English as an Additional Language (EAL) in a well-resourced primary school.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support students' learning and help them achieve their academic and language development goals.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with EAL, promoting language development and academic success.
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting diversity and equality.
**Requirements:**
- Qualified Teaching Assistant with relevant qualifications and experience working with primary school-aged children, particularly those with EAL.
- Experience working in a primary school setting within the last two years is preferred.
- Strong behaviour management skills to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with all individuals, including pupils, colleagues, and parents.
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated, leading by example and encouraging students to achieve their best.
