The Cash Management Operations Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the precise and prompt execution of all cash-related transactions. This position is essential for maintaining the accuracy of financial records and delivering outstanding support to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Processing: Manage daily cash operations, ensuring all controls are completed timely and exceptions are raised as necessary.
  • Client Services: Provide exceptional service for domestic and international cheque clearing, including BACS, SEPA Instant, and Faster Payments.
  • Query Management: Track and monitor response times for inquiries, ensuring resolutions are achieved within established service level agreements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Uphold regulatory standards and internal policies, reporting any suspicious activities in accordance with Money Laundering Prevention Procedures.
