Automotive Branch Manager

Alliance Automotive Group is a leading distributor of light and commercial vehicle parts to the independent aftermarket in various countries. We service independent repairers, body shops, auto centers, fast-fit companies, and end consumers through a network of logistics platforms and local distributors.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize sales and achieve targets while ensuring first-class service to customers.
- Drive the branch team to focus on great customer service and communication while achieving sales and promotional targets.
- Manage and control branch and running costs, including stock control, cash handling, and customer accounts.
- Support senior management in implementing and maintaining policies and procedures.
- Communicate key aims and objectives to the team.
- Be responsible for the daily running of all aspects of the branch and maintaining health and safety within the depot.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve objectives.
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Experience with using online and windows-based cataloging systems.
- Ability to lead from the front and create a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-focused with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to multitask and distinguish between urgent and important tasks.
