We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Travis Perkins. As a key member of our branch management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch.

About the Role

The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the branch, including sales, customer service, and operations. You will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Manager in managing sales, customer service, and operations
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the branch is operating safely and efficiently
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies

Requirements
