Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the logistics network, with a significant focus on frozen goods management.
  • Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and minimize expenses.
  • Ensure adherence to all pertinent health and safety regulations, especially concerning frozen goods.
  • Maintain relationships with essential stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and implement enhancements to improve service delivery.
  • Guide, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement.
  • Oversee budget management and financial planning for the logistics department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overarching business goals and drive growth.

  • Extensive experience in logistics management, with a robust background in frozen goods operations.
  • Demonstrated history of leadership and team management within a logistics setting.
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly regarding frozen products.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret data and make strategic choices.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage various priorities.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as necessary.
  • CPC Qualification.
