Support Worker for Children with Complex Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing care and support to children with complex health needs in their family homes.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young clients and their families, working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to children with complex health needs, including clinical equipment such as tracheostomy
- Work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- A competitive hourly rate (£ per hour, depending on experience)
- Full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Care Manager
- Accrued holiday pay
