Support Children with Complex Health Needs in Their Family Home

We are seeking a kind and caring Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will be working with children who have complex health needs, providing support and care in their family homes or at school.

About the Role:

  • Support children with complex health needs, including those with clinical equipment such as tracheostomy
  • Work across 3 of our children's care packages in the Romford, Rainham, and Chelmsford areas of Essex
  • Provide full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support
