Support a Child with Complex Health Needs in Their Family Home

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our Care in the Home division, you will provide overnight support to a young client with complex health needs in their family home in Romford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overnight support to a child with a tracheostomy and ventilator
  • Work 2-3 nights a week, with flexibility required to accommodate changing needs
  • Collaborate with the Care Manager to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support to develop your skills

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working waking night shifts
  • Kind and caring nature, with excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
