We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Nursing Residential and Dementia Care Home in Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high standards of care and quality of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff management, recruitment, and training.
- Liaise with external healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve services, quality, and performance.
- Manage and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in managing a Nursing Home setting.
- Proven track record of working with elderly and dementia patients.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external partners.
