About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and positive individual to join our team as a Door to Door Fundraiser, Oxfam. As a representative of Inspired People Ltd, you will be engaging with members of the public in residential areas to inspire them to join and donate to Oxfam through regular monthly donations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with people at their door to promote Oxfam's mission and values.
  • Build relationships with community members to encourage regular giving donations.
  • Meet and exceed weekly fundraising targets.
  • Participate in industry-leading training and development programs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • Passionate about social justice and excellent communication skills.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and confident demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good level of spoken English and basic math skills.
  • Available for full-time work and willing to work flexible hours.
