We are a leading industrial door solutions provider seeking a skilled Door Maintenance Technician to join our team in Scotland. As a Door Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial door systems, providing top-notch customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial roller shutters, sectional doors, and other door systems.
  • Conduct electrical and mechanical engineering fault finding and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in electrical, service, maintenance, or installation engineering within the industrial door industry or a similar field.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as IPAF, PASMA, CSCS, BS7036, EN16005, or SSTS.
  • Proven experience working with roller-shutter, sectional, loading bay, fast action, wicket gates, or scissor lift systems.

  • A competitive basic salary of up to £38,000.
  • Premium overtime rates (x1.5 for the first 3 hours, x2 after 4 hours).
