Bank Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans, as well as providing emotional support and guidance to our residents.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to our residents.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
