Bank Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans, as well as providing emotional support and guidance to our residents.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans
- Work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care
- Provide emotional support and guidance to residents
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Current NMC registration
- Good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
