Bank Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individual care plans, administering medication safely, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of our residents
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential. You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care.
