Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client partnerships, driving delivery, account management, and growth.
  • Develop and execute business strategies that demonstrate value through data-driven solutions.
  • Scale pilots and POCs to long-term transformative programs, delivering continuous business value.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, challenges, and information requirements, and develop analytics roadmaps.
  • Work with sales leaders to create compelling proposals and win new business.
  • Lead a team of data and analytics professionals, working closely with clients to define business problems and determine solution requirements.

Requirements

  • 10-14 years of experience in delivering advanced analytics consulting services, with a track record of designing and implementing large programs.
  • Proven experience in managing large accounts and driving growth, with P&L ownership a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with CXO and VP/Director-level stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of domains like CPG, Retail, and FMCG is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work with global teams, leading client presentations, project management, and expectation setting.
  • Open to travel (up to 50%) across the UK and Europe.
  • Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
