As a Support Professional at Cherry Tree House, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with a range of complex needs, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health conditions. Your responsibilities will encompass facilitating engaging activities, providing assistance with personal care tasks, and fostering emotional well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and person-centered support to individuals with diverse needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Facilitate meaningful activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and emotional expression.
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all individuals.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
