Driver and Carer - Cherry Tree House
We are seeking a skilled driver to join our team at Cherry Tree House, a 24-hour residential social care facility in Bristol. As a driver and carer, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users with learning disabilities, challenging behaviors, autistic spectrum conditions, and physical health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport service users to and from activities, appointments, and medical appointments
- Act as a secondary carer for service users, providing support and assistance with daily living tasks
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care and support
