Job Title: Driver - Cherry Tree House

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate driver to join our team at Cherry Tree House, a 24-hour residential social care and support service for individuals with learning disabilities, behaviours which may challenge, autistic spectrum conditions, and physical health needs.

As a driver, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to attend activities, including sensory drives, appointments, home visits, medication collection, and shopping. You will act as a secondary carer for our service users, requiring a clean driving license and ideally experience working in a similar role in the care sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support service users to attend activities and appointments
  • Act as a secondary carer for service users
  • Drive service users to and from activities and appointments
  • Collect and deliver medications and shopping
  • Conduct home visits as required
