Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Management Accountants to enhance our team. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between office and remote work.


Key Responsibilities:
In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for Management Accounting across various entities within our organization. The role includes:

  • Executing accounting functions in accordance with established timelines and compliance with internal controls.
  • Preparing journal entries and conducting analyses to provide insights into key focus areas.
  • Conducting month-end balance sheet reviews and reporting.
  • Ensuring the integrity and governance of balance sheets.
  • Enhancing internal processes and output quality through collaboration and process improvement.
  • Focusing on automation and digital transformation to optimize existing workflows.

Qualifications:
Essential:
  • Professional Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
  • Experience in Management Accounting or auditing.
  • Familiarity with complex accounting practices within large corporate environments.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Experience in researching complex accounting or reporting challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage timetables and performance metrics accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in complex environments and meet deadlines.

Desirable:
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Hyperion/HFM.
