Project Cost Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at our Porton Down office. As a Project Cost Control Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering cost estimates, bills of quantities, contract documents, and reports for our prestigious DSTL clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate provision of cost estimates and bills of quantities
  • Carry out audits and cost checks of construction and FM contracts
  • Resource own jobs and undertake team supervision
  • Monitor internal costs and maintain a strong track record in cost management
  • Develop thorough understanding of principal standard forms of Building Contracts
  • Control day-to-day programming and planning
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
