About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled GDS Service Designer to join our team at Amber Labs. As a Service Design and Delivery Specialist, you will play a critical role in translating client requirements into actionable designs for service access, fulfillment, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service design and delivery strategies aligned with GDS standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver IT service management and operations solutions.
  • Design and implement workflow mapping, process modeling, and process design in the back office service delivery space.
  • Work with operating models and tooling capabilities, with a focus on ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of ITIL 3/4 and agile and waterfall project delivery methods.
Requirements
  • Current SC clearance and Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) compliance.
  • Expert knowledge of GDS service design and delivery standards.
  • Good knowledge and experience of IT service management and operations operating models.
  • Experience in workflow mapping, process modeling, and process design in the back office service delivery space.
