GDS Service Designer Role

The GDS Service Designer role focuses on the service offered and the service catalogue available to the end user. The emphasis is on translating client requirements into actionable designs for access, fulfilment, and support needed for users to consume the technical service being provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate client requirements into actionable designs for access, fulfilment, and support
  • Develop and maintain service catalogues and service offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver services
  • Ensure compliance with GDS standards and ITIL best practices
  • Design and implement workflows and process models
Requirements
