About the Role

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to students with complex mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will work closely with the teaching staff to deliver tailored support and interventions to help students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Previous experience of supporting students with SEN, mental health, and/or challenging behaviour

  • Knowledge of the UK curriculum and safeguarding procedures
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to risk assess and follow instructions
