**Rethink Mental Illness are hiring a Mental Health Support Worker to join our inspiring and friendly team at Albany House.**

1 x Part-time (22 hours) positions available

Albany House is a CQC Nursing home service. It supports upto eight people with a severe and enduring mental illness.

We offer support and recovery services. We work on a focused outcome support system, where we support individuals to develop and maintain skills, such as daily living, finances education and employment.

We actively support people to access the community and to develop links with local groups. Albany house works closely with the local mental health team.

**Overview of a Mental Health Support Worker role**:
As a Support Worker, you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey.
