Creative Support is a non-profit provider of person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and autism spectrum conditions. We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our Mental Health Care Service in Stretford.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide practical and emotional support to service users in line with their Personal Support Plans.

- Identify and access opportunities with service users to gain independence and confidence.

- Work with service users in a recovery-focused way, in line with their support and risk management plans.

- Collaborate with service users, families, and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service that maximises outcomes for service users.

Requirements:

- Experience of working with people with mental health needs is essential.

- A warm personality and ability to work in a person-centred way are required.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays is necessary.
